Cooperation
Hahlbrock is also committed to involvement in local collaborations between businesses and institutes which specifically promote innovative technologies and developments in composites engineering and wish to gain a foothold in the market.Hahlbrock has been a member of Neue Materialien Niedersachen e.V. since 2004.

This organisation brings together groups from all over Lower Saxony who are interested in researching, developing and producing new materials. It coordinates a network of expertise with a database for creating market transparency and initiating worthwhile developments, and it amalgamates the knowledge from R&D and production.
Another commitment specifically aimed at promoting process and manufacturing technologies in the field of carbon fibre-reinforced plastics (CRP) is Hahlbrock's membership (since 2005) of CFK-Valley Stade e.V.

The competence network of CFK-Valley Stade e.V. gathers together the world's best partners for lightweight building using CRP technology. The resulting concentration of expert knowledge over the entire value-creation chain and beyond puts an immense power of innovation at the disposal of all those involved. Technological innovations and hence advantages in the competition for customers and market share are the outcome.
The international strategy of CFK-Valley Stade e.V. was awarded the quality seal "member of kompetenznetze.de" in 2003; it is therefore already one of the most powerful networks in Germany for concentrating skills and expertise.
